Tiramisu - $8.00
In Italian means "Pick me up".
Originally from Italy.
Famous for its coffee-flavor.
Ingredients: Egg Yolks, Sugar, Mascarpone cheese, Strong Espresso or
Coffee, Rum or other liqueur (optional), Ladyfingers (egg-based sponge
biscuits),
Bittersweet chocolate and cocoa powder (for garnish).
Ladyfinger biscuits are soaked in the espresso/liqueur mixture, then layered with a mixture of whipped mascarpone and cream, then topped with a dusting of cocoa.
Recommended if you like coffee and chocolate and cream flavors.

Creme Brulee - $10.00
A dessert consisting of a rich custard base, topped with a hard caramel.
The base is traditionally vanilla but can have a variety of different flavors.
The custard is flavored with lemon, orange zest and cinnamon
The sugar is traditionally caramelized under an iron burner.

Macaron - $2-$4 (depends on the flavor)
French sweet meringue-based confection.
Ingredients: Egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder
or ground almond, and food colouring.
The macaron is commonly filled with ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies.
The name is derived from the Italian word for meringue.
Commonly confused with macaroons, which are different.
Available flavors include:
